Rose Marie Donoughe and her neighbor, Mrs. Felus (1933)

Mrs. Anne Felus (left), Rose Marie Donoughe (right)

This picture was taken in 1933 in Gallitzin, PA. According to my mother, Rose, it was Easter Sunday, and if you look close, you'll notice she's holding an Easter basket. Mrs. Felus was a neighbor, and she was about 38 years old at this time. My mom was 3 years old.

Your mom, Rose, is my great aunt. My mom's father was her brother. I've been working on my family tree and was happy to find my great grandparents names from you (Anthony Patrick Donoughe and Christina Mildred McMahon). I actually found the 1930 census with your mom (I believe she was listed as 2 months old). Her neighbor Mrs. Felus (from this photo) is listed on the census also. If you would like a copy of my copy just email me at christinaperry44@hotmail.com I'd be happy to give it to you.
